We currently ship within Barbados, Canada, the United Kingdom, and across the Caribbean.
Processing Times
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 1–3 business days to prepare your order before shipping, collection, or delivery.
Custom or made-to-order designs may require an additional 2 business days.
While we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, preparation times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and product availability.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes shown for Barbados, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We make every effort to prepare and dispatch orders promptly to help minimise delays during transit.
Barbados Delivery
Local delivery is available across Barbados on weekdays, typically between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Customers will receive an estimated delivery time on the day of delivery where applicable.
Free island-wide delivery is available on orders over $100 USD ($200 BBD).
Orders below $100 USD ($200 BBD) incur a flat island-wide delivery fee of $10 USD ($20 BBD).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing any available tracking information.
We actively monitor shipments and may contact customers directly if we become aware of a delay, customs issue, or delivery exception affecting an order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply once an order reaches the destination country.
Please check with your local customs office if you have questions regarding customs requirements or possible charges.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate the issue and assist with a resolution.
Claims relating to damaged or lost shipments may require cooperation with the shipping carrier and supporting documentation.
