At Summer Gems, we want you to absolutely adore your new treasures. However, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for undeliverable mail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Lost orders not investigated by the Post Office
  • Incorrectly stated sizing measurements

We operate a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 sparkling days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I Return or Exchange My Summer Gems?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us before leaving a negative review. We'll work hard to turn that frown upside down!

Our address will be shared with you once we've assessed the reason for the return. Please note, we can't offer a refund if the original package has been tracked as delivered - that's a matter best handled with your local postal or courier service.

Ensure the returned item is placed in the original packaging and can be tracked. Once we receive the item, we'll return its value excluding shipping costs.

Please note, we can't accept returns on customized items, and incorrect mailing addresses won't warrant a refund. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same dazzling condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I Start a Return?

You can kick-start a return by contacting us at info@summergems.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Experienced Damages or Issues?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Items are Non-returnable?

Certain items, like custom pieces (unless they are defective), cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Need to Make an Exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What Happens After I Request a Refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
