Shipping Information for Domestic & International Orders & Return Policy 

To avoid disappointments please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. For orders shipped as gifts place the recipient’s address in the space designated for the Shipping Address.

Domestic (Barbados ) Orders  

All ready to ship items will be hand-delivered within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. For customed designs and made to order items please allow an additional 2 business days. Delivery is to all parishes and will incur an additional cost of BDS$10.

The collection of orders will also be facilitated at the Brighton Farmers Market or the Holders Farmers Market. Delivery and collection options for Barbados will be available at checkout.

Storefronts and Pop-up stores for order Pickups 

Below are the opening hours and locations for all of our storefronts, stockists and pop up locations. It's also the places to possibly meet Kimberley, the jewelry designer, and the face of the brand. Orders placed on the website may also be collected at the following locations to avoid shipping fees.

 Brighton Farmer's Market    Saturday       6:30am - 10 am

Holder's Farmer's Market     Sunday         9am- 1pm

 

 International  Orders 

All items are handmade please allow 1-3 business days for preparation before they ship. Customs fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This information would be provided at your local customs office. Currently, we ship to the UK, USA, and Canada

What is our refund policy?

Summer Gems will not be responsible for undeliverable  mail due to the following 

  • Incorrect or incomplete Shipping Addresses 

  • Lost order that hasn't been investigated by the Post Office 

  • Incorrectly stated sizing measurements 

Are returns or exchanges possible? 

Customer satisfaction is pivotal for my business so please let us know when you are  dissatisfied before you leave a negative review 

  • Our address will be sent to you upon request after the reason for a return has been accessed 

  • A refund will not be reimbursed if the original package has been tracked as delivered. That would be a matter best handled at your local post. 

  • Kindly place the item in the original package and ensure that the item  can be tracked 

  • Once received the value excluding the shipping will be returned to you 

  • We will not accept return on items that have been customized. 

  • An incorrect mailing address will not warrant a refund 

  • Returns are at the expense of the buyer.
